Lisa began her role at the food bank in January 2018 after having worked six years on Lakeside Church’s pastoral staff, where she developed and implemented adult discipleship programs and cultivated people’s best assets in order to serve and enrich the lives of those in need. She brought that experience to the operations and programs at the food bank to serve the needs of food insecure individuals and families in her community. She is inspired by people who find their voice and express it in a thoughtful and respectful way, and is passionate about empowering, encouraging and equipping individuals to be transformed into the person God created them to be. Outside of the food bank, Lisa enjoys golfing with her husband, bike riding in the countryside with friends and reading in her hammock.
